Thank you for your post. I have been searching for relaxation techniques but all I keep coming up with is the breathing exercise you have posted here. I do keep trying it but at stressful times, I find it difficult to concentrate. I had totally forgotton about yoga. I used to do it back in my gymnast days. Seemed to be the only thing that got the aches out. That, I will definately look to get back into as I do know it helps. If you have any other helpful links regarding yoga, they would be appreciated.

I laid down for a nap earlier and woke up about a 1/2 hour ago….ciggieless. Had a lozenge and am chewing on a toothpick.lol I did have to change my clothes as they stunk like smoke from earlier. Think I’m gonna go out in the backyard and see if my furkid wants to wrestle. We could both due for some exercise. Me thinks it’s gonna be a looong night but……no ciggies!
