I’m really pulling for you my friend. I have smoked for about 20 years and I’m in the mode of wanting to quit, but not really strong enough to give it up yet.
After reading your post, I’m going to make a real effort to cut my 6 cigs a day down gradually until I can hopefully quit.
My husband really makes a big deal of it everytime I get ready to stand outside on the patio to smoke or if we are in the car I sit in the back so I can roll down the window, etc.
Reading about how sick your furkid is stuck a cord with me because my little furkid sometimes make strange breathing noises and I wonder if it’s from being near me while I smoke.
I hope your little one is doing better and continue to do good healthwise as well as you.
