The best way of contacting me is nothing. I don’t like receiving emails or calls from affiliate programs asking me to promote them. I understand how it’s difficult for new programs to find new affiliates but we have the largest two forums: CAP and GPWA where you may show yourself from a good side, affiliates may know you better.
