The fact that they missed 2 court dates is one of the core issues here. They could of had a local US attourny show up and at least represent them, by doing so they did indeed thumb there noses and judges hate that.
Having the second court date moved to Washington state was also a stake in the heart knowing their feelings about online gambling. Having this take place one week before NFL season starts was a brilliant move by 1st.
Where 1st is not so brilliant is that domain now goes nowhere, Bodog has spent millions, prop 10’s of millions Branding this domain and doing a fantastic job of it, they should at least put up a splash page promoting something with all the type in traffic it gets.
Dom i think this will hurt them quite a bit as branding was their foremost strategy.
For us the most important thing is go to the site http://www.newbodog.com and sign in the aff with your original account and get your new links. Also banners being served from their old site no longer function.
