That’s basically the story I got. I called the toll free support number on this new casino’s web page to find out about maybe speaking to an affiliate person. They told me to contact Nicole at Mainstreet and she’d be able to help me. The support rep. that answered knew who I was from calling in the past from Mainstreet Casinos.
I guess it is possible that if the support people at Mainstreet don’t know all the details about this casino, other than to provide player support, they might be just ASSUMING things. Perhaps they’re not told all the details.
