You don’t work a gray market by making a lot of noise. You don’t mess with the US government, if you have yourself or your assets in the US. In this case bodog must have forgotten that ICANN is in the US and will follow court orders from the US.
They should have been Bodog.ws or .tv.

Perhaps that’s it right there, it didn’t dawn on them that they had assets in the US. ..
