Guys while its highly unlikely the officers of Bodog would want to appear in a US Court there is absolutely NO REASON they have cant legal counsel represent them.
We have attornies which represent our interests in several countries. Via power of attorney or retainer they are authorized to speak and act on our behalf.
Bodog can afford legal representation in the US.
I think they believed that being offshore meant they could ignore US courts. That was a very costly mistake.
