Bodog got Fu*king screwed!
This is the patent they “Allegedly” infridged on. Good god, talking about “Obviousness”. This Patent basically covers ALL ONLINE GAMLBING. There is no, Systematic Operation, which you would normally see in a patent. This would be like be developing a patent for online shooting of spaceships and the go after every online space game out there.I have a hard time this will uphold when it gets to the higher court. When I was going for my patent in 96 for online financial transactions. I had more of a Systematic Operation then this guy does, and I kept getting rejected because of “Obviousness”. Costing me more then 8k for nothing. This is ridiculas!
The only reason this garbage was ruled upon was A) Bodog reps didnt show, 
It was a offshore entitiy. This will never prevail for one simple reason. The way this guys patient are written it covers basically ALL online gambling. How much you want to bet if Harras or Mirage had an Online Gambling website, they would have been immune to this patent. It would have never flown. Looks to me as if some Covservative Judge in Anti-Gambling Washington state over stepped his bounds. Thankfully for Bodog Default Judgements are easy to get a stay on.
