.com sites are ok so long as you’re not actively advertising in the UK, even although you may be a UK based Webmaster or host in the UK?
Is my understanding correct?
And while we’re on the subject… Are we allowed to mention deposit bonuses, including banners? Is that factual or inciting to gamble?
If it’s inciting, we’ll have to change all our banners to focus on the games rather than the promotions.
