Hi All,

Thought it most efficient to post the BrightShare position here:

The owners of the Jackpot Factory Group – SquareIT – are in the process of applying for a license in Malta.

In parallel, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has applied to be white-listed by the EEC.

We hope that at least one of these two activities will be completed within the next 6-8 weeks.

Regarding your continuing to promote our client’s casinos in compliance with the new UK law and regulations:

1. If your site is not a co.uk or other specific UK site (for example org.uk) there is NO need to remove our casinos if you’re not specifically targeting UK players.

2. If your site is a co.uk or any other domain with a British flag, the decision is up to you and we cannot advise you how to act.

3. The affiliate’s country of residence is not an issue.

Hope this clarifies the situation visavis the Jackpot Factory casinos.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.

Later,
Marcia
