Tom and Maryan Dick were the original operators of Captain Cooks Casino and have been in this business since dinosaurs walked the earth. They are also very decent people.
While I have heard they are connected to a number of other operations I have never had confirmation that they were behind Hype. I used to talk them frequently when they operated iSpye and CCC so I would be surprised if they were backing Hype Gaming and hadnt contacted me.
