Well, it depends on the theme of the site but I would break it up something like this:

SEO (links,adv, ect…)- 50%
Content- 30%
Forum promotions (if there is one)- 15%
Web-design and programming- 5%

………………..or I’d keep the $750k and buy a house and retire :flush:
