I have 2 dogs and my wife was the Marketing Director at our local humane society… This kind of shit is WAY too common. In our small city (slightly over 100,000), we pick up destroyed pit bull terriers quite often. We also pick up small dogs used as bait quite often.
They are typically on the brink of death 
I think this is vicious and sick. Please, no one make light of this. I have 2 dogs as well that I love and I just can’t imagine what a bait-dog OR a bred-to-fight dog must go through.
Their lives are hell.
