At last, Harrah’s is good for something.
Supposedly gamblers are more likely to vote Democrats. Yes, but only by a 3% margin, big deal.
One thing I knew: More Women play slots than men.
Interesting: As a percentage of the total population the South gambles the least. Maybe the bible belt folks aren’t hypocritical after all. Although I don’t fully understand those stats. Maybe they represent a smaller percentage because the South isn’t that densely populated anyways. I would like to have an average per capita expenditure figure of the annual household income which would be more meaningful.
Couldn’t believe that there are apparently 53 million casino gamblers in the US!!!!
