but it simply gets me upset whenever I see a fishy, incompetent, bad or evil Casino being promoted toplayers by a webmaster.

I agree with that, and you will see many places not listed on G&C and a very extensive Blacklist too.

I just don’t agree that oddson is a bad software. I listen to my players and can easily be reached and have never had a single complaint.

I also respect Michael Shackleford and trust his opinion. Software glitches happen, happened to me a number of times too. Software glitches are not a reason to put someone out of business and deprive a bunch of people of their livelihood.

When I see a casino purposefully cheat players, or affiliates, or the search engines, or even their cleaning lady, I’ll be the first to drop them and have many times over.

Everyone needs to collect all the info they can and then follow their conscience in deciding who to list and who not to list, and who to blacklist. And, if you can back up your players and take care of them, you will sleep well with your decisions.

IMO that is the most important thing to work on, establishing a rapport with the casinos you list, so if something should happen to one of your players you are in a position to fix it. And establishing a rapport with your own players of course. If everyone did that, the quality of player experiences would be a lot higher. And in the end, the player is the most important link in this equation.
