The problem with a lot of players is that they do not realise that a portal has actually little to do with the poker room or casino itself. We often get emails asking some or other question regarding their accounts not realising that we have no idea which casino or poker room they are talking about. They assume that the portal that they visited is the actual doorway.. rediculous as it may sound.. we tend to forget that many people are not that savvy with the internet etc.
