So maybe legally, the problem lies with VIP… but has nothing to do with Moneybooker’s ability to accept Canadian transactions.

Whatever the case it would be nice to receive an explanation from the source. I am still waiting and it has been about a week now. Nothing from Moneybookers, nothing from VIP.
I don’t remember being warned about this ‘change’ either.
