We are aware of the delay in the displaying of the revenue data, as well as all data being 0 in the Performance Report. We have escalated this matter, and are awaiting feedback.
However, with regards to traffic data, if you view the Campaign Report, you will see that you have both Impressions and Clicks for August reflecting in this report. The old RTG platform is still operative, and you can login to that platform at any time, should you wish to view the current status of your revenue for the month of August thus far. I am certain that the new platform data will be reflecting correctly very shortly.
Regarding past months data, as mentioned in previous communication, we will not be adding the data to the new platform, and have thus kept the old platform operational as a means for affiliates to be able to access and view data specific to the months prior to launch of the new platform.
I will keep you informed on the status of the stats as soon as I have received feedback.
