In the state of the union address GW gave shortly after the UIGEA was signed into law, he vowed to stop this “piggybacking” of bills.
I’ll believe it when I see it. Congress is having a field day by attaching bills that would normally never pass to bills that they know will pass. IE: War funding, port security bills, etc…
