I’ve been going round and round with them for 6 months or so over a payment I never got…have all the pertinent transaction numbers and everything but I keep getting the same response:
“please be advised that $xxx was paid into your account on XX/XX/XX from xxxx.” and some rude comment about how they consider the matter closed.
never saw these funds, but no matter what I say about it I get the same line….no explanation why my balance is zero if I was paid these funds, only a statement that I was. What a joke. The 800 number is always busy “all circuits are busy, please try again later” in an Indian accent, and I even bought a calling card to call to try the other number…as soon as I tell someone why I’m calling I’m put on permanent hold.

It was only a couple hundred so I finally just gave up.
