I was able to cash mine at Chase bank. I think I was just lucky enough to get the only teller there that knew how to process them. I guess they can’t be deposited like regular checks. They have to be sent out for collection, which required paperwork for each check and a wait of about two months. And fees of about $75/check. The next time I went there no one what to do.
