Yeah, these things must work or there wouldn’t be so many of them. They have been around for years, too.
There was a case on one of those TV court shows where a woman was sued for money she borrowed to pay one of these lottery schemes. She still believed the money was coming to her, she really won.
Now there is something the DOJ should clamp down on….
