Hello,
I am Yoav, Head of Online Sales for CC Media – we run and operate striphilo.com.

I wish to thank you for all the comments posted here (positive, lukewarm and negative alike) – they mostly seem only constructive in this dialogue. However, I am compelled to make some clarifications and explain our position, and to explain why we submit our application to this platform:

First, as for the credibility of our program – since I joined the company (a few months back) I can say that our record in terms of affiliate relations and payments has been spotless. We are totally open and transparent to our affiliates. I do not know of “a guy” whose “affiliates have been stiffed by”, but I welcome any comment and any issue to be opened, even if ancient, by our affiliates. Our affiliate account managers can and will bring any open item to a satisfactory resolution.

Further, about the actual product – Our product is a combination (although somewhat rudimentary) of a card-game experience and adult-style flirtation with live chat hosts (in a totally unobjectionable manner, eventhough nudity prevails :) ). The purpose for which we wish to approach gambling affiliate is that we believe that our product has features that can and do appeal to gambling-targeted audience, and it can serve as a very refreshing addition to any gambling affiliate site. Since, as truely stated, the game is not played for real money, but paid by the minute (the only things at stake are items of clothing worn by the chat-hosts) it is not “real money” gambling, and as such – WE CAN LEGALLY ACCOMODATE CUSTOMERS FROM ANY COUNTRY (US included). For you, the gambling affiliate community, it must be good news. The adult aspect of the operation is evident, but the main issue to promote is the GAME itself and fun experience.

From your comments I pick up “hard core” gambling affiliate attitude -(“I will not promote if it is not gambling per-se” etc…). I wish to extend an invitation to all of you out there and give you trial accounts on the site, just to try it out and see if it can potentially appeal to your customers. From “feelers” we sent to gambling audience, I have strong reason to believe it will.

As for our commission structure – So far we have been working on a revenue share model, averaging on 25% rev/share (below or above that is quite depending on performance). Since we wish to creat a broad appeal to gaming/gambling/entertainment affiliates we are building CPA program as well.

Please post your comments in largesse – positive or negative and I will be delighted to participate in any discussion.
