To me it just looks like they hit the site via the searching for a personal interest. SEO Book ran an article a couple of days back looking into how people don’t look beyond the page they’ve landed on from SERPs – probably the case here. I’d be more worried seeing lots of Russian IPs hitting certain PHP pages or stuff like that.
