well my layman’s idea of what it means is that it changes nothing really for us as affs. still not good to promote sportsbooks, but I saw nothing in it that made it illegal to advertise casinos or information about them.
what concerns me is the “choice to opt out” part for geographical areas near indian tribe casinos …… which is nearly everywhere or argueably so.
btw:
you guys going to Amsterdam … smoke one for me. ……. and take care of Int. Last time I was at a convention he didn’t have a good run. We need him around.
