Again, its DOES NOT Repeal it. The only aspects of the 2007 Bill that will be affected IF this Bill does pass is Sections. 5384 of Franks Proposition which will undue HR 4954; sections 5363-(parts of)5365, which deals with Financial Transactions. That it!
The problem is: HR 4954 Sections. 5365 (B.1.a(1) Which deals with IP Blocks and 5366-5367, Which deals with Criminal Penalties.
Franks Attempt says nothing about these two sections. If it does pass in current form. All it will do is allow US Citizens to process financially to Regulated Sportsbooks. BTW, there will still be an IP Block on them so good luck getting there. As well, We are Still felons for Promoting the sportsbooks.
