and also, we all know that referspot and casino cashins, are all processed through the finance and casino cashiers. and if neteller or firepay or ach’s don’t work for one, they are not working for the other either.
The banking for players and what’s available for affiliates can be the same, but aren’t always. And especially with ACH right now, it’s not always the same. Some programs are paying affiliates using methods that can’t be used for players anymore. And like I mentioned previously, Eco is not in Prive’s banking area but is available for affiliates. Some places cannot ach cashouts but look at advertising payments (affiliate payments or media buys) differently.
All I’m trying to say is that I don’t think Gordon or Customer service was trying to lie to anyone regarding ACH. Their processor is the one that says no, or eventually seems to hold up the show I think. The same processor that the majority of the Micros use. It’s also possible that not all departments, Referspot and the call center for the casino, receive updates from DC at the same time. I really have a lot of faith in Referspot when it comes to getting my payments to me. I think they’ve only been late with my payment once ever, if that.
The problems now are not theirs, but one that’s affecting many casinos. One Micro with an excellent repuation, from another program here, still has outstanding ach payments from January to some affiliates.
