Hi Professor,

There was an error after processing from our side, our processors picked up the problem in the early hours of this morning and subsequently reprocessed your payment via EcoCard.

It can take 24-48 hours to show up (worst case scenario), but finance has assured me it has definitely gone through.

Please could you drop me a line as soon as it reflects on your side, just so I know :). otherwise I may have :slapface: our finance department :)
