(d) If you do not deliver 1 new active account within a period of three months (billed months) we may terminate this Agreement immediately by delivery of written notice to you.
While that’s fine for me – as I expect to get 5,10,15+ players a month – but a lot of smaller affiliates may still see this as a risk – especially if they are using search engines as traffic providers … as that can be very fickle.
So why is the clause there? What are you guarding against?
And I note the use of the word MAY – will you really suspend payments of due monies to active affiliates?
Are there other methods you could use to determine active affiliates – like impression numbers, or unique clicks – that might seem less threatening?
