The replied to my email about the differences in the stats:
There is a developer working on this right now. Not sure how long it will take to fix this error, but it should be done shortly.
For the time being the commissions are pulled from the old program until everything is correct.Both the old and the new programs track all of the financials correctly and the problem is in the xml feed to the new site.
Once this is fixed stats will start to work correctly on the new site.
