I kinda knew Chinese was loaded with calories, but have been trying to pretend otherwise, because I love it so much (but not as much as thai).

Glad I am not the only one who suffers after binging on junk food! Sometimes you just got to treat yourself to a bit of grease though, but it really does leave me feeling tired and queasy.

I went on a ‘detox’ at the beginning of the year which meant cutting out all dairy from my diet….when I finished the detox I found I could no longer tolerate it, so no more milk or cheese for me! I love cheese!!!

The moral of the story – don’t detox!
