How about just eating HALF the Chinese that you were planning too?
Nothing wrong with a professionally prepared meal (say) once per week – but no matter what style of food you choose it will be loaded with yummy tasty calouries.

All take-out or restaurant food is high in calories and deemed fattening, it’s called professional cooking and it’s why it tastes so damn good.

Home cooked meals are usually better for you, simply because you’re not going to spend all the time working in the butter and oils, and creating special sauces …
