I probably don’t eat the healthiest since my diet sometimes consists of a lot of pizza or pasta.
What I do which helps is stay away from soda drinks and deserts. Those are by far the worse and are loaded with sugar. I also drink healthy, plenty of water, tea, and pure vegetable juice.
I also stay away from white bread. That stuff is bleached and has lost any nutritional value. A person adapts a taste to pure whole wheat bread. Whenever I have to go back to white bread I cant help but feel that it’s tasteless.
