BB1Web your thoery is actually fact. I used to read a lot of science books on the brain and a lot of them covered the circadian cycle (the 24 hour clock)
When they place people in caves with no natural light for a period of a week or more they notice that people start sleeping in anywhere from half an hour to an hour and a half later each day. (this depended on the individual but the average was one hour) If the people were left for a month or so they would come out and be surprised at the fact that they lost a day. The theory is that we actually run on a 25 hour clock.
