I have made a rule for myself – no computer after 5 to 6pm.

For a time this worked very well giving me family time in the evening and regaining a normal sleep pattern and sanity.

Now I get up around 4am and start working – it is now 4:30 am on a Saturday, lol!

This is much better for a normal life though, I get the work out of the way and have a lot more time for myself.

I am going to stick with this, the time frame allows me to communicate with people around the globe and still have time for a nice evening. It’s still not normal, but it’s much better managed.
