Use of those terms would cause no confusion between the new site and yours. You have to consider a new site such as GoonersGuides, or PokerLabRats which sets up offering the exact same service as you in a similar manner. Maybe someone goes out and gets GoonersGuide.info and targets every keyword; those examlpes could very well cause confusion assuming of course that your names, which came first were ‘established’.
