i turned the offer down b/c i thought it was worth more, and now the guy doesnt have the $, so yes i would except the next offer weather it be $1201 or $1200, or may be even a tad lower, i was simply stating i had an offer of $1200, i didnt really think i had to explain myself but i guess i have to!
