I’d say “see you in court then” but I’m a stubborn bastard when it comes to stuff like this so perhaps my advice shouldn’t be the one you follow.
Saying that, I’ve been in a very similar situation before when I told ’em that the threats didn’t bother me and that I’d be happy to wait for court papers.
They paid up – my price.
