To be honest I wouldn’t be very concerned about the risk of trademark infringement or them suing you – if they’re based in Antigua or a similar place, they may have no legal base in the EU and no right to the name at all. And if they thoughy they could sue you and get the name for nothing, I’m sure they’d do that first rather than trying to bargain with you.
