What are your guys Chargeback/Deposit Rates and Chargeback/Net Profit.
Im showing 73% chargebacks/Deposit and a 75% chargeback/Net Profit.
There is no way 73% of players have the ability to use credit cards let alone all of them making chargebacks! I would think that number would be more like 5% with a 1% chargeback.
I checked on Superslots to see what their deposit methods for US players were and they had Wire, Moneygram, Click2pay, and Credit Cards.
Is it even possible for a chargeback to occur for anything except a credit card?
Hopefully when Jared gets back tomorrow he’ll give us some sort of explanation, although at this point I don’t see a logical explanation possible.
