I think the payment processor took the funds that the players deposited and never handed it over. So they are syaing they never saw the money in the first place and hence can;t pay us.
Has ayone actually had an email to tell them that their account was affected?
What concerns me is that they are using Party’s systems and processes to pay affiliates now. That is a disaster I have had nothing but grief with them.
