This is a fantastic find! Great to see that there are some hope and that from Washington, this great news and worth getting excited about. I thought some of you would like to put a face to the name, here is a vid of him calling for re-election. http://leginfod.leg.wa.gov/asxgen/hvs/Strow256k.wmv?userhostname

I think the attack against the affiliate sites are not aimed at legit affiliates as such. I believe his intentions are good with including that segment in the bill. I just fail to see the point in it though, and would love to have a cup of coffee with him to discuss the bill in more detail. :happydanc
I mean seriously, he is excluding sites that are the face of the industry, the front line of what people see when they look at the industry. Yes some (BUT only some) are completely off track and spammy but excluding all affiliate type sites just makes no sense. Besides it is not solving any problems. If I rank on Google in Washington, and a player clicks on it what will they do about it by this bill. I really see no point in it at all. Perhaps he needs to have a good quality discussion with some role players in the industry to fully understand it before trying to legalize it. Nonetheless this is a great step in the right direction!
