I did read it, that’s the point. I am IN the United States. If I were a wagering type (and I am) I would wager that Click2Pay has put a US IP block in place, but hasn’t yet changed the text on that page.
Edit: I am also a pessimist. So it’s entirely possible my guess is wrong. I’m a glass half-empty kinda girl
