I tried to open an account today and it won’t let me. It gave me a page that said:
“You are using an IP address which indicates that you are not located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, South Africa, France, Austria or Germany.”
I guess others in the US are getting that same page, but NOT others in the UK. According to this thread:
