Thank you Ryan I certainly appreciate it. This is a very serious issue for all us webmasters. If I had a name I would call it cookie theft. Could perhaps go into greater detail but I don’t really feel there is a need to.
The bottom line to make life easy if your outbound links when hovered over have % of any range, not good. As in post #19 the link

I am very surprised BBI has been dooked in this fashion. Someone has a lot of answering to do. NOT GOOD!!!!
