this is what i received
“Apologies for the delay in my reply however i have been out of the office for much of the last fortnight.
I have checked your query and can confirm that it appears that since the 20th Dec no daily activity for clicks or downloads is being recorded in BAS for any affiliate. However I am pleased to confirm that neither revenue or tracking has been affected by this fault.
Our IT department are currently working to resolve this issue.
