I’ve been having similar problems. I just received this from Gary:
“I have checked your query and can confirm that it appears since the 20th no daily activity is being recorded in BAS. However having checked your account on our backend system I am pleased to confirm that all the revenue generated by both your existing and new accounts your have referred to us during this period.
I had not been informed about this fault until I received your email today however I have now reported this to our IT department and asked them to investigate as a matter of urgency.”
