I think some clarification of our program is needed. At this time there is no $ investment required to be an affiliate of JacksNQueens. We do require that our affiliates guarantee to send us at least 250 players that create email verified accounts within the first six months. These 250 players are not required to make a deposit only to create an account. Some of the affiliates we have are already well over this mark and we haven’t even started our beta-testing which should be later this month. So 250 is hardly a significant obstacle for any site that has made the effort promote. I have no doubt all of our affiliates will reach the 250 mark within six months. Again, the point of having requirements is to separate the affiliates who are serious about promoting the site from those who are not.
Also, just a comment about the nature of the dialogue. I have no problems answering questions or responding to criticism of our program or the amusing sharp wit. I think a healthy dialogue about these issues is legitmate. I do think that false and completely unfounded accusations that we are doing something unsavory or underhanded with the intent to harm either affiliates or players is ridiculous. I mentioned this before but I think this illustrates the point that some affiliates see the poker rooms as the enemy and are not interested in devloping a professional business relationship. I have rarely seen poker rooms attack affiliates in public forums but it is not uncommon to see some portion of the affiliate community not hesitate to make false accusations and attempt to defame the operators. It is hardly surprising that Party Poker has an official policy of not even responding to forums.
So my request is let’s keep the dialogue professional, informative, and witty.
