Neteller sent me an email about a week ago stating that my Instacash priviledges have been suspended because “your bank has returned an item in the past”. Yeah, like over a year ago and many transactions later (I won’t bore you with the details). I think they may be going through each account with a fine tooth comb and finding any reason what-so-ever to block those accounts. Good news is that I haven’t had any problem transferring funds from my Neteller to my Neteller debit card or to my bank account, and at this point that’s all that matters to me. If I want to gamble, Payspark still works.:Pisser:
