I’ve wondered about the magic 270 day limit when everything is supposed to be completely worked out with the US banks etc. I’ll be surprised if a reluctant financial community will even start thinking about it by then. I didn’t see anything spelled out in the law about how who will pay for all the complicated police work that will be needed. Who knows how long it will take to argue that one out?
